THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR

On this day so full of cheer,
Glad are we to have family near.
With good food and laughter, and stories to tell
May this Christmas be merry, and the new year as well.

LIBRARY AT THE FINGERTIPS

For my twenty-third birthday on Sunday December 19, I received an e-reader from my parents which has got to be one of the coolest and most amazing gifts that I have ever received. It came with 100 e-books already loaded on and it was a struggle trying to figure out which book I wanted to read first. I finally settled on a prose version of the Illiad and I’ve got to say that reading on my e-reader is so cool. ^_^

CROSSING THE FINISH LINE

I did it. I finished. And in the next couple days, I’ll finish the novel itself. ^_^ I’m so excited. I can’t believe that the month is over and I never really thought that I would get here and yet, I made it… and I couldn’t be happier with my little mystery novel!
Favourite lines from today;
Tessa shook her head, amazed at their noble, yet quite misguided notions. “Dan is out there with my daughter,” she pointed out, even though it was a fact that did not need repeating at all. “I may be banged up pretty good but you can bet that I’m going to be there when the final confrontation goes down.”
